  • Sooo to be completely honest… maybe! My program isn’t focused chasing the number on the scale, instead we put more of a focus on how your body feels, how your clothes fit, and what you see in the mirror. The scale does a terrible job at showing fat loss vs muscle gain, especially when we’re doing body recomposition. BUT! If you stay consistent with workouts, macros, and hydration, your body will absolutely change! Every single one of my clients who’s stayed honest and consistent has lost fat, dropped inches, and ended up in smaller clothes. I just like to be transparent and focus on the bigger picture, because that’s what actually lasts!

  • Girl… you will! We all do! This program isn’t about being perfect, it’s about learning how to keep going without restarting every time life happens. If you mess up, thats okay! Life happens, and we adjust from there. That’s it! You don’t have to do this alone, and I’m definitely not here to judge!   • In the beginning, yes. This is going to help us see what’s really going on, why you haven’t met your goals yet, and plan ahead for the future! It’s not about being obsessive, it’s about learning. You’d be surprised how much clarity tracking gives when you're just starting out, but I promise it’s not forever! Once you get the hang of it and start understanding your habits, we will adjust into something much more relaxed and sustainable. This isn’t about numbers, it’s about awareness!!

  • Yes!! It is, but not in a “you have to be perfect” kind of way. I believe that taking care of our body means honoring God and respecting the gift he gave us! I believe that by incorporating God into a fitness program, it helps build a stronger foundation (haha, get it?!) that allows us to reach our goals easier.

    We’re not chasing a number on the scale or obsessing over looking a certain way for Instagram. This program is about showing up, being faithful with your body, and building discipline that lasts way beyond motivation. When God stays at the center of what we’re doing, from our food choices to our movement to how we speak to ourselves, everything becomes more intentional and way more sustainable. It’s not about vanity. It’s about becoming the woman He’s called you to be, strong, rooted, and confident in who you are! <3

  • Absolutely!! That’s the goal! This isn’t a program that takes over your entire day, it’s meant to fit your lifestyle. I want you to go on date nights, vacations, family weekends, all of it! You’ll learn how to stay on meet your goals and fuel your body without being “on” all the time. That’s the whole point, making it something you can actually live with!

  • Honestly? I’m not here to hand you a generic plan and disappear… this isn’t some cookie-cutter “eat clean, train hard” type of thing. Hixlifts is built on real life! We focus on discipline, consistency, and faith, not perfection. You’ll get actual structure, real support, and coaching that’s flexible with your life but still holds you accountable. And we work from the inside out! Not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too. Most programs don’t care how you’re doing outside of your check-ins, but I do!
